Come as you are, a few minutes early. We'll greet you by name, walk you to your own private room — behind your own door — and get you set.
Everything is laid out for you: long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, socks, towels, and water for wrap and lymphatic sessions; towels and water for the cabin. No bag to pack, nothing to remember.
The door closes and the hour is yours. Read, nap, listen, breathe — the room stays quiet and nobody hurries you.
Cool water, soft light, and the Zen Den if you'd like to land slowly before heading back into the world. That post-Haven feeling walks home with you.

Yes — every session happens in your own room, behind your own door, for the full 55 minutes. No locker room, no shared spaces, no chatter.
Comfortable clothing — everything else is provided. For wrap and lymphatic sessions we set out a long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, socks, towels, and water; for the cabin, towels and water. Just show up.
In the infrared cabin, yes — add a friend for $25. Wrap and lymphatic sessions are solo by design; that hour is yours alone.
