tea please…4 teas to sip this Fall

Autumn has finally arrived! Although the leaves on the palm trees might not change color here in sunny San Diego, it doesn’t mean we can’t indulge chunky sweaters, trips to the pumpkin patch, and warming up with a cozy cup of tea.

The pumpkin spice latte may be the star of the show during the hot-beverage season, but if you’re looking for something that will improve your overall health and still give you those fall vibes, then here are some delicious teas for you to try:

1. Green Tea

You probably already know about the plethora of benefits this tea has; green tea helps improve your metabolism and burn fat. Try swapping out your second cup of coffee with some green tea to give you a healthy and caffeinated boost.

2. Roasted Dandelion Root Tea

Detox and relax with some slightly bitter, but oh so good, dandelion tea. Dandelion tea has been known to help gently cleanse your liver as well as improve digestion. Plus, it’s decaf so you can enjoy it on a relaxing Sunday night.

3. Chai Tea

As we enter cold and flu season, some chai tea might not be a bad idea. Chai tea has been proven to boost your immune system since it’s packed with antioxidants. You can even find varieties like vanilla, pumpkin spice and more!

4. Peppermint Tea

Don’t bust-out the winter stretchy-pants just yet! Peppermint tea can help reduce bloating and improve your digestion. It might seem like a winter tea, but the benefits of peppermint tea make it worth drinking all year round.

What’s your favorite tea to drink in the fall?
